He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Alonza Biggers and Ida Ruth Monroe Biggers; his wife Helen Tyndall Biggers; his siblings, Mildred Whitley, Bernard Biggers, James Biggers, Jane Goad and Ernest Biggers; and his pet Josh.
He is survived by: his sons, William Senter (Cheryl) and David Senter; and his grandson Brian Senter (Curtis Major).
