He was predeceased by: his parents, Carter Goodson Billings and Celeste Mullen Billings; and his wife Cynthia Edelman Billings. He is survived by: his brothers, James Billings of Blacksburg, SC and John Billings of Moore, SC; his stepchildren, Jamie Green of Mooresville and Becky Lane of Erie, PA; and his cousin Roderic Mullen (Xia). He is also survived by children and numerous other cousins.
