She was predeceased by: her father Samuel Mangum; her husband Matthew Burton; her son William Mangum; her granddaughter Charlene Mangum McKeithan; and her siblings, Arlena Mangum Bowman, Otha Mae Mangum Bowman, Inez Mangum Reams, Patricia Mangum Parrish, Doris Mangum Burton, John Ed Mangum, William Mangum, Alvis Mangum and James Mangum.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Hedrick (Jeremiah) of Sedalia, NC; and her grandchildren, Matthew Mangum (Bonnie) of Durham, NC, Ryan Parker of Greensboro, NC, Jeremiah Hedrick of Greensboro, NC, Matthew Hedrick of Greensboro, NC and Dasha Hedrick of Greensboro, NC.
