She is survived by: her sons, Phillip Minter Jr. (Wanda), James Minter (Robin) and Richard Minter (Teresa); her grandchildren, Trey Minter, Jessica, Thomas Minter, Jackson Minter, Allison and Ava Minter; her great grandchildren, Ellis, Samuel, Emric and Myles; and her sisters, Cletis Crews, Doris Strader, Vera Strader and Patricia Maness (Susie). She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
