He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Sizemore and Bessie Lee May Sizemore; and his siblings, Carl Sizemore and Alice Tucci. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Keatts Sizemore; his children, Vivian Sizemore Rivers, Kim Parham (Raye) and Lisa Sizemore (Keith Meshlovitz); his stepchildren, Steve E. Woodson, Nancy Holt (Ron) and Mark Woodson (Star); and his sister Phyllis Shoffner. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
