He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Welborn; his sons-in-law, Gerald Welborn (Zandra McCollum) and Shane McCollum (Ellen Pegram); his grandchildren, Miranda Wolf, Alex Wolf, Zachary Wolf, Brian Welborn, Georgia Welborn and Abbie Welborn; and his great grandchildren, Katelyn Welborn, Braxton Wolf and Haley Welborn. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Miller Rural Hall Chapel (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crestview Memorial Park (6850 University Pkwy, Rural Hall, NC 27045).
