He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Lewis and Elizabeth Hooker; and his brother Jesse Leon Hooker. He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Savoie and Shaunda Johansen; his grandson Garrin Savoie; his siblings, Terry Hooker (Allison), Kay Wall (Doug), Karen Hicks (Alan), Sherry Ore (Robbie) and Lorrie Navarro; and his close friends, Jim Fuller, Jr., Teri Dane and Angela Tate. He is also survived by five nieces; four nephews.
