He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Lee Payne and Hazeleen Duggins Payne. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Franklin Payne; his sons, Scott Payne (Silvia) and Bradford Payne (Lisa); his grandchildren, Abigail, Isabella, Connor and Campbell Payne; his sister Susan Kapps (Tim); his niece Misti Binns (Sean); his great-nephew Christopher Binns; and his close friend Honeybee.
