He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Jefferson Heath, Sr. and Annie Mae McGee Heath; and his siblings, Kenneh Gray Heath, Elmer Jefferson Heath, Jr., Bruce Heath, Everett Gwyn Heath, Helen Stevens, Leona Key, Barbara Ashburn and Hilda Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Dianne Marshall Heath; his sister Carolyn Heath Bryan; and his sisters-in-law, Lucy M. Venable and Brenda M. Haynes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and great nephews.
