He was predeceased by: his parent Rayma Bales Speaks. He is survived by: his father Jack Speaks; his wife Kimberly Speaks; his children, Kari Speaks (Dayson Daley) of Pinnacle, Courtney Hicks of Fayetteville and Andrew Mitchem of Virginia; his stepsons, Nick Spangler (Melissa) of Kernersville and Austin Spangler of Tobaccoville; and his sister Traci Stoltz (Don) of Rural Hall. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
