She was predeceased by: her parents, Theophalues "Top" Bennett Lashmit and Alice Lee Lashmit; and her brother Henry Lashmit. She is survived by: her husband Tony Ray Cecil; her children, Dale Ray Cecil (Donna), Randy Allen Cecil (Angie) and Tony Wayne Cecil (Crystal); her grandchildren, Samantha Nelson (Lyle), Austin Cecil (Emily), Brianna Cecil, William Cecil, Luke Cecil and Mason Stafford; her great grandchildren, Shelby, Kaylee, Mitchel and Zilyn; and her siblings, Robert Lashmit and Sally Ayers.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rural Hall Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (305 Bethania-Rural Hall Rd, Rural Hall, NC 27045). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 5696 Old Walkertown Rd, Walkertown, NC 27051.
