He is survived by: his father John Wesley Hicks; his wife Opal Foster Hicks; his sons, Michael Edward Hicks, Jr., Wesley Lee Hicks (Jessica), Juston LaRue Hicks and Travis Blake Hicks; his grandchildren, Lilly, Julian, Cameron, Avery, Junior, Carolina, Damian and Adrian; his siblings, Rex, Jimmy, Bobby, Keith, Geral, Darrell, Barbara and Teresa; Lillie Mae Mabe Hicks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
