She was predeceased by: her husband R. Aldine Collins. She is survived by: her children, Tim Collins (Donna) and Suzanne Wood (Stan). She is also survived by grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to to Westfield Baptist Church cemetery fund or Trellis Supportive Care in honor of Mrs. Collins.
