He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lawson and Edna Lawson; and his siblings, Kenneth, Jimmy, Jerry Lawson and Sallie L. Crouse.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Malloy, Kathy Applebee, Danta Mickey and Tommy Lawson, Jr.; his grandchildren, Brittany Granger, Kelsey Malley, Tanner Bowles, Matthew Peacock, Brooke Nieves, Marleana Mickey and Taylor Lawson; his siblings, Steve Lawson, Bonnie Newman (Ben), Dot Lawson and Judy Lawson; his brother-in-law Carl Crouse; and his friend Wanda Manring. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
