She was predeceased by: her mother Lucille Weaver Campbell; her siblings, Janice Miller, Harold Gene "Sonny" Campbell, Ronnie Campbell and Michael Campbell; her stepson Tony Sage (Carolyn); and her brothers-in-law, James Hartness and Reggie Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Harold R. Sage; her children, Carolyn Osborne, Norma West (Bill), Howard Osborne (Linda) and Douglas Osborne; her grandchildren, Patrick Dezarn, Hannah Dezarn, Candice Patrick, Derrick West, Kendall Sage, Chad Sage, Laura Melvin (Andy), Allen Osborne, John-Paul Osborne and Allen Tuttle; her great grandchildren, Trinity Hayes, Jade Jenkins, Blake, Elizabeth, Amelia Melvin and Sephira Sage; and her sisters, Reva Hartness, Mary Rash, Linda Galloway, Barbara Gregory (Larry) and Naomi Miller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
