In the sacred silence of farewell, Cleo is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Owenby and Doma Harper Owenby; and her husband Reverend Wade H. Huntley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Holly Springs Baptist Church (1541 Harris Holly Springs Rd, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at the Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (1541 Harris Holly Springs Rd, Rutherfordton, NC 28139).
