He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Swink and Eliza Johnson Swink; his granddaughter Brehannah Noel Swink; and his siblings, Harold Dean, Earnest, Durham Swink, Dorothy Randall, Mozelle Tate and Cora Lee Hudgins.
He is survived by : his wife Janice Silver Swink; his sons, Anthony Chad Swink (Bre) of Rutherfordton, Thomas Bryan Swink of Rutherfordton and Jonathan Trent Swink (Jerriann) of Rutherfordton; his sisters, Helen Shires of Mooresboro, Effie Blackburn of Shelby and Marthel Matheny of Rutherfordton; his grandchildren, Anthony Hunter (Keisha), Tabitha Swink Hamilton (Bryant), Brandon Trent Swink (Sarah) and Bryce Drake Swink; and his great grandchildren, Natalie Swink, Hannah Swink, Viviana Ramirez and Braxton Swink.
