He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilbur Albert "W. A." Allen and Beverly Wolfe Allen; and his sister Donna Bouchie. He is survived by : his wife Dorothy "Dotty" Allen; his daughter Arianna "Ari" Allen Bare (Sebastian); his mother-in-law Janice Erskine; his uncles, Gerald Allen (Martha) and Larry Allen (Anna); his siblings-in-law, David Erskine, Jr. and Robin Fazzari (Carmine); and his nieces and nephews, Tracy Sanders (Joey), Lynette Weaver, Russell Hook (Robin), Steffan Fazzari and Lucas Fazzari.
