She was predeceased by : her parents, Ernest Waters and Mabel Atchley Waters; and her siblings, Scott Waters and Susan Greene. She is survived by : her daughter Cindy Irvin; her grandsons, Tyler Holland, Zuy and Easton Irvin; her brother Bill Waters (Johnny Boone); and her sisters-in-law, Janine Dodson and Debbie Avy. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
