We bid farewell to Larry Splawn of Rutherfordton, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 4, 2025 at the age of 82. Larry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, See Splawn and Ethel Hutchins Splawn; and his siblings, Inez Toney, Marvin Splawn, Betty Luckadoo, Raymond Splawn and Eddie Splawn.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Taylor Splawn; his children, Tonya Charles (Scott) of Forest City and Rick Splawn of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brittney Jennings (Josh), Kalla Charles (Austin Bates) and Austin Charles (Casandra); and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Nate, Raegan, Leo, Maci, Lilliana and Asher.
