She was predeceased by : her parents, George Chambers and Eula Chambers; her former life partner Tommy Ford; her husband Ray Facemyer; and her brother Jerry Mode.

She is survived by : her siblings, Emma Walker (Ricky) and Randy Chambers (Penny). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
