She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Skipper and Cordie Huntsinger Skipper; her husband Johnny Gragg; her daughter Teresa Gragg; and her siblings, J. C. Skipper, Kathleen Lynch, Ben Skipper, Jerry Skipper and Grady Skipper.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Walker (Donald) of Bostic; her brother Robert Skipper of Ellenboro; her grandchildren, Kayla Simmons (Paul) and Cody Carver (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Addison, Lynda, Bentley, Paislie and Brystal; her nephews, Alan Lynch and Earl Mace; and her niece Lisa Epley.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Spindale Fellowship Holiness Church (301 Deviney St, Spindale, NC 28160). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the West Point Baptist Church Cemetery (1160 Union Rd, Rutherfordton, NC 28139).
