It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry Hardin (Rutherfordton, North Carolina), who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Alexander and Mary Ellen Fowler Morris; her sister Trivola "Pat" Mathis (Charles); her nephews, Phillip Morris and Rene Travieso; her great-niece Clara Travieso; and her siblings-in-law, Wilma Morris and John Bean.

She is survived by : her husband W. Daryl Hardin; and her daughter Mary Ellen Bartek (William).
