He is survived by : his wife Mildred Therese Dean; his children, Wendy Ann Mendez (Samuel), Suzanne Marie Watring (Thomas), Lisa Reynolds Millwood (Ryan), Marjorie Ann Dean (Kevin) and Donald William Dean (Misako); his grandchildren, Samuel Mendez II, Maximino Mendez, Jordan Mendez, Grace Ann Mendez, Vincent Watring, Kathleen Watring, Leon Dean, Rhiannon Dean, Ralph Dean, Ashley, Isaac Guerrero, Sarah Hudson, Stewart Millwood, Eviny Grant, Kevin Grant and Elizabeth Grant; his great grandchildren, Joshua Guerrero and Josie Guerrero; and his brother Frederick Carl Malley (Julie).
