He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Locklear. He is survived by: his mother Gracie Lee Locklear of Red Springs, NC; his children, Monique Williams, Jamel Locklear of Long Beach, NY, Derrick Jennings of New Hampshire and Takeya Williams of Hempstead, NY; and his siblings, Melody Rose Locklear of Red Springs, NC, Margie Ann Locklear of Ellerbe, NC, Victoria Locklear, Carey Drake, Johnny Ray, Timothy and Theodore Jr.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McNeill Legacy Funeral Home (319 W Broad St, St Pauls, NC 28384).
