Though David may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Baxley and Bessie Blackburn Baxley; his wife Sara Baxley; and his daughter Cindy Baxley Aldridge. He is survived by: his son David Gordon Baxley of St. Pauls. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Pauls Funeral Home (565 W McLean St, St Pauls, NC 28384). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
