He is survived by: his children, Gary Dakota Locklear (Shane) of St. Pauls and Shaniaha Gail Locklear (Raliqu) of Richmond Va; the mother of his children Kisha Locklear; his siblings, Denise Locklear of Raleigh, Kim Mueller (Doug) and Brian Locklear of St. Pauls; and his grandchildren, Kenlee J. Hunt and Luna Locklear. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
