She was predeceased by: her father Gary Mitchell Faircloth; her brother Linwood "Mitch" Mitchell Faircloth; her grandparents, Horace Alton Warren, Sr., Martha Warren, Hicks and Betty Jean Faircloth; and her uncles, Jimmy Cooper and Harold Craig Faircloth.

She is survived by: her husband Ervin Locklear, Jr.; her children, Nick, Trevor and Madyson Locklear; her mother Lisa Warren Faircloth; her aunts and uncles, Frances Cooper, Horace Alton Warren, Jr. (Katrinia) and Lorinda Faircloth Raynor (Dewayne); her parents-in-law, Ervin and Rita Locklear; her nieces, Sierra Scott and Ayla Raye Hadley; and her close friends, Sandy and Kenny Packer.
