She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Walters and Eleanor Byrd Vasquez. She is survived by: her children, Charles Daniel Brown (Amanda) of Linden, NC and Teresa Ann Locklear (Kevin Tart) of St. Pauls; and her grandchildren, Zach Brown, Kaitlyn Esposito, Alivia Brown, Andrea Bound and Morgan Plesser. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
