She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Edge, Sr. and Juanita Patterson Edge; and her brother John Robert "Bobby" Edge, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dickie" Hinson; her daughter Sherry Hinson Atkinson (Richard); her granddaughter Sarah Barner (Dale); her brother William Edge (Diane); and her pet Trixie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Services (4721 Dunrobin Dr, Hope Mills, NC 28348). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at the Faith Cemetery (5190 Fayetteville Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360).
