She was predeceased by: her parents, Asbury Davis and Virginia Davis; her husband Curtis Earl West; and her siblings, Bill Davis and Carolyn "Diane" Durden.
She is survived by: her son Irvin "Paul" Davis of Durham; her sibling's children, Melissa Durden (Erin) of Garner and Franklin Durden (Sarah) of St. Pauls; and her close friends, Wayne and Mary Daniels of Garner. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
