She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Scott and Lizzie Revels; her husband Donald Gene Allen; her son Alton B. Jones, Jr. (Charles Allen); her siblings, Purcell Scott, Eddie Scott, Neal Locklear, Mary Ann Scott, Mattie Locklear, Shirley Scott, Jenny Scott and Betty Scott; and her granddaughter Shanelle Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Jones (Debbie), Billy Ray Jones (Nancy) of St. Pauls, James Allen (Edna) of Magnolia, NC, Jennifer Davis (Dale) of Lumberton, Nancy Allen of Hillsboro, Romay Allen (Freddie) of Hillsboro and Jenny "Ding-Ding" Rackley (Joey) of Warsaw; her sister Ruth Scott of Cumberland County; and her daughter-in-law Crystal Martin. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Floyd Mortuary & Crematory (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Floyd Memorial Chapel (809 E 5th St, Lumberton, NC 28358). A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Floyd Memory Gardens (3720 Old Whiteville Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358).
