He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Westbrook and Rosa Westbrook; his wife Olga; and his siblings, James (JD), Robert, Geraldine (Gerry) and Barbara.
He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Westbrook (Kippir) and Gregory Westbrook; his grandchildren, Kayla Westbrook, Justin Westbrook (Doug), Courtney Bradford and Caitlin Westbrook (Greg); and his great grandchildren, Bexley, Amelia, Ryker and Troy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either First Baptist or Second Baptist Church of St. Pauls, NC.
