Locklear, Gracie Locklear, Katie L. Soto and Shadie Pena; and his former wife Linda Sue Locklear.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the McNeill Legacy Funeral Home (319 W Broad St, St Pauls, NC 28384). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Cemetery (1019 W Broad St, St Pauls, NC 28384).
