He was predeceased by : his father Paul Jernigan; the mother of his children Louise Scott; his children, Marvin Buddy Scott and Nancy Edge; and his grandchildren, Linda, Donnell, Jr. and Shawn.
He is survived by : his children, Loyal Colosky (Holly), Ruth Ann Maitland (Joe), Glen Colosky (Lynn), Donnell Evans, Melissa Scott, Glenn Horton (Judy) and Carol Rivenbark; his son-in-law Billy Edge; his siblings, Stella Parker (Gerald), Carolyn Lashley and Ray Jernigan (Sheila); his grandchildren, Eric, Billy Ray, Christopher, Frankie Wayne, Jennifer, Heather, Nancy Louise, Connie Michelle, Brenda, Cheryl, William, Angel, Kimberly, Katelyn, Matthew, David, Ray, Victoria, Julie Ann and Michael; and his close friend Mary Horne. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
