She was predeceased by : her parents, Daniel Carl and Rethea Hayes Baxley; her husband Teddy O. Muse; her daughter Rachel Lynnette Walters; the father of her children John M. Walters; and her siblings, Edward Jennings Baxley, Robert Baxley, Robert Douglas Baxley, David Carl Baxley, Charles Fletcher Baxley, John Baxley, Doris Ann Baxley, Louise Baxley Brown, Vonnie Baxley Best, Naomi Baxley Hart and Annie Lou Baxley McGee.
She is survived by : her daughters, Susan Walters Patterson of Saint Pauls, Elaine Muse Bryant (Ray) of Saint Pauls and Phyllis Muse Cummings (Leroy) of Parkton; her siblings, Barbara Allen (Russell) of Lumberton, Kathryn "Fuz" Dunbar of Cumming, Georgia and Duncan Baxley (Tessie) of Severn, Maryland; and her grandchildren, James, Kaitlin, Daniel, Stephanie, Kayla, Melissa, Cheryl, Jason and Crystal. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
