She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert G. Capps and Eva Sessoms Capps; and her husband Charles Edsel McPhail. She is survived by: her children, Brenda M. Horne of Salemburg, Jewel M. Williams of Salemburg and Leonard McPhail of Roseboro; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Horne (Tiffany M.), Bryan McPhail (Jaimisson), Jason Horne (Tiffany A.), Brooke Williams and Brandon Williams (Jessica). She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
