She was predeceased by: her parents, Effie Mowery Elium and Harvey Benjamin Elium; her husband Hardin Evan Culp; her daughter Diane Crow; her son-in-law Wesley Crow; her sons, Jerry Culp and Benny Culp; her granddaughters, Lori Culp and Lee Dunbar; and her great grandchild Dalton Culp.
She is survived by: her sister Dr. Ruth L; her daughter Sharon Culp Turner (Lenn); and her daughter-in-law Jill Culp. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rowan Memorial Park (4125 Franklin Comm Center Rd, Salisbury, NC 28144). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Central United Methodist Church in Spencer, North Carolina.
