He is survived by: his wife Myrna Rogers Starnes; his daughters, Regina Starnes and Sherri Starnes Carscaddon; his grandchildren, Tyler Wagoner (Laura), Jacob Wagoner (Savannah), Zack Carscaddon (Nataleigh) and Katie Marie Carscaddon; his brother Jim Starnes (Gunda); and his brother-in-law Donnie Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
