She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur William McGuirt and Carrie Privette McGuirt; and her siblings, Willaree Sloan, Hubert McGuirt and Donald McGuirt.
She is survived by: her husband Dickie Starnes; her children, Richard Starnes, Bonnie Locke (Brian), Deatrice Cauble (Jeff), Wendy Born (Ron) and Jessica Wait (Drew); and her siblings, Judy Buchanan and Kenny McGuirt. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
