He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hough and Lee Anna Lindsey Hough; and his siblings, Evangelist Emma Jean Richardson, Linda H. Benson, Samuel Hough, Johnny Hough, Sr. and Joshua Hough.
He is survived by: his children, Natasha Lilly Watson of Winston Salem, Ieshia Webster-Harris (Anthony), Angela Cloud, Charlotte, Millicent Greene (Dudley) of Dumfries, VA and Charles L. Hough (Cristina) of Brandywine, MD; his brothers, Tommy Hough of Raeford and Willie Hough of Albemarle; and his brother-in-law Major Benson of New London. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
