Jr.); her siblings, Katie Neely Carter (Paul), Patricia Neely Perry (Vernon) and Aaron Albert Neely (Brenda); and her siblings-in-law, Ella West Neely (Thomas), Shirley Elizabeth Graber, Emma, John Graber and Larry Graber. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
