In the vast expanse of eternity, Clifford Eugene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurney Burris and Hazzie Pauline Starnes Burris; and his brother John Martin Burris. He is survived by: his siblings, David "Enos" Burris (Joyce) of Salisbury, Donald Burris (Gayle) of Madison, Patricia Curlee (Larry) of Salisbury, Gurney Burris of Salisbury and Corrie Sanguedolce of Salisbury. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Powles Staton Funeral Home (913 W Main St, Rockwell, NC 28138). A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Lutheran Church Cemetery (9275 Bringle Ferry Rd, Salisbury, NC 28146).
