He is survived by: his children, Phil Mahaffey (Cat) and Dale Mahaffey; his siblings, Winston Mahaffey, Orrin Mahaffey and Joan Pays; his grandchildren, Ashley, Sean, Cody, Shannon and Samantha; and his great grandchild Rosemary.
