The family announces the passing of Daniel Frederick Huber of Salisbury, North Carolina on October 28, 2026. Daniel, born on February 4, 1957, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Franklin Huber and Beverly Mardell Sample; and his friend Dan. He is survived by: his wife Beth Barton Huber; his daughters, Amanda Hathcock (Kevin) of Salisbury and Kate Huber of Burlington; his siblings, Todd Huber of Fredonia, Susan Hardenbrook of Marlton New Jersey and Debbie Smith (Roger) of West Chester Pennsylvania; and his grandsons, Amos, Simon and Felix Hathcock. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church (320 S State St, Lexington, NC 27292). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
Along with flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice where Dan received care: Alderwood of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, N.C.
