He is survived by: his wife Martha Alexander Shuping Loflin; his sons, Phillip Loflin (Kendra) of Salisbury and Gregory Loflin (Himi) of Okinawa, Japan; his niece Sharlet Seamon of Statesville; and his grandchildren, Melina Loflin, Nicole Bennett, Samantha Isaacson and Zack Shuping. He is also survived by seven greatgrandchildren.
