He is survived by: his parents, George W. Moose and Katie Shelby Moose; his wife Wanda Lyles Moose; his children, Justin Moose of Rockwell and Heather Moose Garretson; his grandchildren, Kamber, Kazelynn and Koleson; and his siblings, Anna Moose Wyke (Jim), Rickey Moose (Cindy) of China Grove and Kenneth Moose (Tammy) of China Grove. He is also survived by his 5 nieces and 2 nephews.
