She is survived by: her son Troy Chambers of Charlotte, NC; her caregiver Assistant; her children, Jerome Chambers (Porsha) of Mocksville, NC, Bobby Chambers of Salisbury, NC and Donna Turner; and her siblings, Sampson Chambers of Charlotte, NC, Tony Chambers of Salisbury, NC, David Chambers (Jennifer) of Salisbury, NC and Linda Chambers of Winston-Salem, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
