He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; his daughter Lara Christine Crumpton; and his parents, Thad Crumpton and Ruby Crumpton of Maryville, Tennessee.. He is survived by: his son Christopher Crumpton (Katherine) of Clemmons; and his brother David Crumpton (Angela) of St. Augustine. He is also survived by children, respective spouses and grandchildren.
