She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Henry Holshouser, Sr. and Gatha Lentz Holshouser; her husband Ray File; and her siblings, Luther Holshouser, Jr. and Edith Ritchie.
She is survived by: her sons, Frank File (Laurie) of Salisbury, Doug File (Tammy) of Salisbury, Randy File of Salisbury and Tom File (Angela) of Salisbury; her brother Donald Holshouser; and her caregivers, Vicky Burchette, Brooke Elium, Charlotte Brown, Debbie McLaughlin, Trista McLaughlin, Connie Honeycutt and Kameron Peeler. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
